클래식 음악 감독, 이상철
이상철은 스펙트럼의 대표이며, 그의 회사는 음악예술단체인 구, 순수예술 기획에 뿌리를 두고 있다.
2011년 이후로, 이 대표는 약 500여 회 진행된 클래식 음악 연주회를 대행 및 기획을 하였으며, 대전시립박물관에서 음악축제 '대전음악제'를 개최하여 총 280여 회 연주회를 기획했다. 이 대표는 대전광역시 유성구립 도서관 운영 위원, 대전일보 에듀캣 문화칼럼니스트, 대전예총 정책위원을 역임하였으며 에듀스아트의 단장, 대전음악협회 사무차장, 수시아청소년합창단 자문위원, 그리고 대전음악제 임원이다.
2014년부터 이 대표는 그의 음악에 대한 열정을 다른 국가들에도 공연기획 분야를 확장했다. 이 대표는 국제 음악 교환 프로그램들을 기획하고 운영한 바 있으며, 이에 대한 클래식 음악 공연 장소로는, 2014년 이탈리아 피아첸차, 2015년 이탈리아 밀라노, 2016년 러시아 노보시비르스크, 2016년 한국 대전, 2016년 중국 하얼빈, 2017년 일본 삿포로, 2018년 콜롬보 스리랑카, 2019년 대전 & 삿포로 우호도시 교류음악회 그리고 2019년 부다페스트 헝가리 등에서 공연을 기획하여 음악회를 개최하였다.
지속적인 형태로 임해온 수많은 그의 끊임없는 노력은 인정받게 되었고, 한국음악협회에서 한국음악상 수상, 한국예술총연합회 문화예술상 수상, 그리고 대전시에서 대전광역시장상 공로상과 감사패를 각각 수상했다.
이 대표는 목원대 피아노 전공 학위와 경북대 음악교육학 석사학위 소지자이다. 그는 대전일보의 음악 칼럼 리스트, 대전 극동방송 FM 93.3 라디오의 고전 해설가로 활동한 바 있으며, 대학 강사로써 서양 음악 역사를 가르치기도 했으며, 또한 대학교와 몇 각 지역의 도서관에서 초청 강연 활동을 펼쳤다. 그는 종종 클래식 음악 공연의 내레이터 역을 맡기도 하며, 대중들에게 피아노 연주를 선사하기도 한다. 예술을 동경하며, 예술과 함께 멋진 도전을 이어 나가고 있다.

㈜스펙트럼은 2018년 7월에 설립되었고, 전문 클래식 연주회, 아트 투어, 음악 교육, 국제문화교류, 축제기획 등 다양한 예술분야에서 활동하고 있다. 또한, ㈜스펙트럼은 2011년 5월 설립되었던 순수 예술 기획에 뿌리를 두고 있다.
대략 500여 회 클래식 음악 연주회 및 대전 음악제에서 열린 280여 회 클래식 음악 연주회 무대 기획과 같은 다방면의 문화적 맥락을 통한 기획을 꾸려오면서 수천 명의 음악가들로 구성된 네트워크 구축을 이끌었다.
㈜스펙트럼은 다양한 방식을 활용하여 체계적이고 전문적인 예술&문화 프로젝트의 콘텐츠 생산을 목표로 한다. 또한 클래식 음악 연주회, 국제음악 교환프로그램, 음악제, 클래식 음악교육과 아트투어를 체계화 및 기획하는 것에 중점을 두고 있으며, 음악 안에서 서로를 믿고 존중하는 마음으로 모두가 함께 즐길 수 있는 다방면의 프로젝트와 콘텐츠를 앞으로도 계속해서 창조해 나아갈 것이다.

Classical Music Director, Lee Sang-Cheol
Lee Sang-Cheol is the CEO of SPECTRUM Inc., which is rooted in his previous music art agency, Soonsoo Arts Management.
Since 2011, Lee has coordinated approximately 400 classical concerts held in music performance halls in Daejeon as well as 260 concerts for the Daejeon Music Festival which is held at the Daejeon municipal museum. Lee has served as director of Educe Art; management committee member of the Daejeon Yusung District libraries; director of the Music Association of Korea in Daejeon; Advisory committee member in Susia Youth Choir; and director of the Daejeon Music Festival.
Since 2014, Lee has expanded his passion for music to other countries. Lee has coordinated and led several international music exchange programs, where classical music performances were held in Piacenza, Italy in 2014; Milano, Italy in 2015; Novosibirsk, Russia in 2016; Daejeon, Korea in 2016; Harbin, China in 2016; Sapporo, Japan in 2017; Colombo, Sri Lanka in 2018; Daejeon, Korea in 2019; and Budapest, Hungary in 2019.
As such, Lee’s continuous, countless, and never-stopping efforts have led him to receive several recognitions, including the Korean Music Award from the Korea Music Association, the Arts and Culture Award from the Federation of Artistic & Cultural Organization of Korea, and Achievement Award from the Mayor of Daejeon Metropolitan City.
Lee received a B.A. in Piano major at Mokwon University and received an M.Ed. in Music Education major at Kyungpook National University. Lee was a music columnist for Daejeon-Ilbo Newspaper and a radio classical commentator on FM 93.3 of FEBC (Far East Broadcasting Company) in Daejeon. Lee is an instructor teaching western music history to college students. Also, Lee has provided guest lectures at Daejeon Institute of Science and Technology as well as local libraries. Lee is often serving as a narrator for classical music performances and plays piano to the public.
SPECTRUM Inc.
SPECTRUM Inc. works for professional classical performances, art tours, and music education, and was established in July 2018. SPECTRUM Inc. is rooted in the Soonsoo Arts Management established in May 2011.
SPECTRUM Inc. has coordinated various cultural contexts, such as approximately 400 classical concerts in general, as well as around 260 classical concerts for the Daejeon Music Festival. This has led us to build a network consisting of hundreds of musicians.
SPECTRUM Inc. aims to produce various content in terms of arts and cultural projects systematically and professionally, and to organize and coordinate classical music concerts, international music exchanges, music festivals, classical music education, and arts tours.

古典音乐导演李相彻
李相彻是Spectrum的代表，该公司曾是一个从事纯艺术策划的音乐艺术团体。
2011年以来，李代表代理或策划大约500多次古典音乐演奏会，还在大田市立博物馆举办音乐节“大田音乐节”，总共策划280多次演奏会。李代表历任大田广域市儒城区立图书馆运营委员、大田日报EduCAT文化专栏作家、大田艺术文化团体总联合会政策委员，现任EdusArt的团长、大田音乐协会事务次长、Susia青少年合唱团咨询委员和大田音乐节管理人员。
李代表对音乐充满热情，自从2014年起，开始关注其他国家的演出策划领域。李代表曾策划、运营国际音乐交换项目，与其有关的古典音乐演出地点有：2014年意大利皮亚琴察、2015年意大利米兰、2016年俄罗斯新西伯利亚、2016年韩国大田、2016年中国哈尔滨、2017年日本札幌、2018年斯里兰卡科伦坡、2019年大田&札幌友好城市交流音乐会、2019年布达佩斯匈牙利等，他还策划演出、举办音乐会。
他不断致力于音乐，被人们广泛认可，荣获韩国音乐协会韩国音乐奖、韩国艺术总联合会文化艺术奖、大田广域市长奖及感谢牌。
李代表拥有牧园大学钢琴专业学士学位和庆北大学音乐教育学硕士学位。他曾担任大田日报的音乐专栏作家、大田远东广播公司FM93.3收音机的古典解说员，作为大学讲师讲授西方音乐史，还应几所大学和几处图书馆邀请进行演讲。他常常在古典音乐演出中当解说员，还为观众演奏钢琴。他一直追求艺术，不断挑战自己。

Spectrum股份有限公司成立于2018年7月，主要从事于多样的艺术领域，如专门古典演奏会、艺术巡回、音乐教育、国际文化交流、庆典策划等。Spectrum股份有限公司的前身，为一个成立于2011年5月的纯艺术策划团体。
他曾负责500多次古典音乐演奏会舞台策划，以及大田音乐节的280多次古典音乐演奏会舞台策划，在多样的文化领域进行策划，从而构建了由几千名音乐家组成的网络。
