클래식 음악 감독, 이상철
이상철은 2011년 설립된 순수예술기획을 시작으로, 약 1000여 회 진행된 클래식 음악 연주회를 대행 및 기획을 하였으며, 대전시립박물관에서 음악축제 '대전음악제'를 개최하여 총 300여 회 연주회를 기획했다. 이 대표는 대전광역시 유성구립 도서관 운영 위원, 대전일보 에듀캣 문화칼럼니스트, 대전예총 정책위원을 역임하였으며 에듀스아트의 단장, 대전음악협회 사무차장, 수시아청소년합창단 자문위원, 그리고 대전음악제 총감독이다.
2014년부터 이 대표는 그의 음악에 대한 열정을 다른 국가들에도 공연기획 분야를 확장했다. 이 대표는 국제 음악 교환 프로그램들을 기획하고 운영한 바 있으며, 이에 대한 클래식 음악 공연 장소로는, 2014년 이탈리아 피아첸차, 2015년 이탈리아 밀라노, 2016년 러시아 노보시비르스크, 2016년 한국 대전, 2016년 중국 하얼빈, 2017년 일본 삿포로, 2018년 콜롬보 스리랑카, 2019년 대전 & 삿포로 우호도시 교류음악회 그리고 2019년 부다페스트 헝가리, 2023년 일본 도쿄 교류음악회, 요코스카 미술관 초청공연, 2025년 이시카리시 초청공연 등에서 공연을 기획하여 음악회를 개최하였다.
지속적인 형태로 임해온 수많은 그의 끊임없는 노력은 인정받게 되었고, 한국음악협회에서 한국음악상 수상, 한국예술총연합회 문화예술상 수상, 그리고 대전시에서 대전광역시장상 공로상 2회와 감사패를 각각 수상했다.
이 대표는 목원대 피아노 전공 학위와 경북대 음악교육학 석사학위 소지자이다. 그는 대전일보의 음악 칼럼 리스트, 대전 극동방송 FM 93.3 라디오의 고전 해설가로 활동한 바 있으며, 대학 강사로써 서양 음악 역사를 가르치기도 했으며, 또한 대학교와 몇 각 지역의 도서관에서 초청 강연 활동을 펼쳤다. 그는 종종 클래식 음악 공연의 내레이터 역을 맡기도 하며, 대중들에게 피아노 연주를 선사하기도 한다. 예술을 동경하며, 예술과 함께 멋진 도전을 이어 나가고 있다.
순수예술기획
순수예술기획은 순수 클래식 예술을 집중하여 아티스트들과 동행하기 위하여 2011년 5월에 설립되었고, 전문 클래식 연주회, 아트 투어, 음악 교육, 국제문화교류, 축제기획 등 다양한 예술분야에서 활동하고 있다. 또한, 2018년 상호명을 (주)스펙트럼으로 변경하였고 2025년부터 순수예술기획으로 활동 중이다.
대략 1000여 회 클래식 음악 연주회 및 대전 음악제에서 열린 300여 회 클래식 음악 연주회 무대 기획과 같은 다방면의 문화적 맥락을 통한 기획을 꾸려오면서 수천 명의 음악가들로 구성된 네트워크 구축을 이끌었다.
순수예술기획은 다양한 방식을 활용하여 체계적이고 전문적인 예술&문화 프로젝트의 콘텐츠 생산을 목표로 한다. 또한 클래식 음악 연주회, 국제음악 교환프로그램, 음악제, 클래식 음악교육과 아트투어를 체계화 및 기획하는 것에 중점을 두고 있으며, 음악 안에서 서로를 믿고 존중하는 마음으로 모두가 함께 즐길 수 있는 다방면의 프로젝트와 콘텐츠를 앞으로도 계속해서 창조해 나아갈 것이다.
순수예술기획은 음악이 듣는 이에게 편안함과 행복을 주기 위해 존재한다는 신념을 가지고 있다. 순수예술기획은 이 신념을 이행하기 위해 일에 전념 중이며, 앞으로도 지속적인 활동 을 앞두고 있다.
Classical Music Director, Lee Sang-Cheol
Since establishing Pure Arts Planning in 2011, Lee has planned and managed approximately 1,000 classical music concerts. He also organized the Daejeon Music Festival at the Daejeon Museum, where he has organized a total of 300 concerts. Lee has served as a member of the Yuseong District Library Management Committee, a culture columnist for the Daejeon Ilbo's EduCat, and a policy committee member of the Daejeon Arts and Culture Association. He is also the director of Edus Art, deputy secretary general of the Daejeon Music Association, an advisory member of the Susia Youth Choir, and the general director of the Daejeon Music Festival.
Since 2014, Lee has expanded his passion for music to include performance planning in other countries. This representative has planned and operated international music exchange programs, and has organized and hosted classical music concerts in venues such as Piacenza, Italy (2014); Milan, Italy (2015); Novosibirsk, Russia (2016); Daejeon, Korea (2016); Harbin, China (2016); Sapporo, Japan (2017); Colombo, Sri Lanka (2018); the Daejeon & Sapporo Friendship City Exchange Concert (2019); Budapest, Hungary (2019); the Tokyo Exchange Concert (2023); the Yokosuka Museum of Art Invitational Performance; and the Ishikari City Invitational Performance (2025).
His tireless efforts have been recognized, including the Korean Music Award from the Korean Music Association, the Culture and Arts Award from the Federation of Korean Arts and Culture Organizations, and two Daejeon Metropolitan City Mayor's Awards and a plaque of appreciation from the Daejeon Metropolitan City.
This representative holds a degree in piano from Mokwon University and a master's degree in music education from Kyungpook National University. He has served as a music columnist for the Daejeon Ilbo and a classical music commentator for Daejeon's Far East Broadcasting FM 93.3 radio station. He has also taught Western music history as a university lecturer and has given guest lectures at universities and several local libraries. He often narrates classical music performances and performs piano for the public. He admires the arts and continues to take on exciting challenges alongside them.
SOONSOO Arts Management
SOONSOO Arts Management was founded in May 2011 to focus on pure classical art and accompany artists. It is active in various fields, including professional classical concerts, art tours, music education, international cultural exchange, and festival planning. In 2018, it changed its name to Spectrum, Inc. and will operate under the SOONSOO Arts Management name starting in 2025.
Through diverse cultural initiatives, including planning approximately 1,000 classical music concerts and staging over 300 classical music concerts at the Daejeon Music Festival, SOONSOO Arts Management has built a network of thousands of musicians.
SOONSOO Arts Management aims to produce systematic and professional content for arts and culture projects utilizing various methods. The company focuses on organizing and planning classical music concerts, international music exchange programs, music festivals, classical music education, and art tours. SOONSOO Arts Management will continue to create diverse projects and content that everyone can enjoy together, building trust and respect within music.

古典音乐总监李相哲
自2011年创立SOONSOO Arts Management以来，李相哲策划并管理了约1000场古典音乐会。他还组织了在大田博物馆举办的大田音乐节，至今已举办了300场音乐会。李相哲曾任儒城区图书馆管理委员会委员、《大田日报》EduCat文化专栏作家、大田艺术文化协会政策委员会委员。他同时也是Edus Art的负责人、大田音乐协会副秘书长、Susia青年合唱团顾问以及大田音乐节总监
自2014年起，李相哲将他对音乐的热情拓展至海外演出策划领域。他策划并运营了多个国际音乐交流项目，并在意大利皮亚琴察（2014年）、意大利米兰（2015年）等地组织并举办了古典音乐会。俄罗斯新西伯利亚（2016）；韩国大田（2016）；中国哈尔滨（2016）；日本札幌（2017）；斯里兰卡科伦坡（2018）；大田-札幌友好城市交流音乐会（2019）；匈牙利布达佩斯（2019）；东京交流音乐会（2023）；横须贺美术馆邀请演出；以及石狩市邀请演出（2025）。
他孜孜不倦的努力得到了认可，包括韩国音乐协会颁发的韩国音乐奖、韩国艺术文化团体联合会颁发的文化艺术奖、两项大田广域市市长奖以及大田广域市政府颁发的感谢牌匾。
这位代表拥有木园大学钢琴学士学位和庆北国立大学音乐教育硕士学位。他曾担任《大田日报》的音乐专栏作家和大田远东广播电台FM 93.3的古典音乐评论员。他还曾担任大学讲师，教授西方音乐史，并在多所大学和地方图书馆进行客座讲座。他经常为古典音乐会担任解说，并为公众演奏钢琴。他热爱艺术，并不断挑战自我，追求艺术带来的精彩体验。
